Flat monthly. Cancel yourself. Seven days to change your mind.
One price per month for a machine, billed by Stripe. No metering, no per-seat maths, no surprise line item at the end of the month. This page is the plain-language version; the binding text is the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Terms of Service.
What you pay
| Plan | Per month | The machine |
|---|---|---|
| Lite | $19 | 1 vCPU · 2 GB RAM · 10 GB disk |
| Plus | $49 | 2 vCPU · 4 GB RAM · 20 GB disk |
| Pro | $99 | 4 vCPU · 8 GB RAM · 40 GB disk |
| Ultra | $149 | 6 vCPU · 12 GB RAM · 60 GB disk |
| Max | $199 | 8 vCPU · 16 GB RAM · 80 GB disk |
Every plan is the whole product. You upgrade for a bigger machine and faster support, never to unlock a feature. Monthly only — there is no annual plan and no free trial. Full resource detail is in Limits & fair use.
Your AI provider bills you separately for model usage. That's the BYOK trade: you don't pay us a markup on tokens, and we don't pay your Anthropic bill.
Who charges you
The seller of record is TigerPoint Technologies LLC, a New York limited liability company. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card. Sales tax is calculated by Stripe where it applies. We sell worldwide, in US dollars. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal — see the Refund Policy.
The two promises
Delivered within 24 hours, or your money back
The clock starts when your payment settles and we have the two setup details we need from you (region and subdomain). If your workstation isn't ready inside 24 hours and you'd rather not keep waiting, you get a full refund.
Seven days to change your mind
Not happy in your first seven days? Ask for your money back and you get it. The clock starts from the day we deliver your workstation, not the day you paid. It's one refund per customer, on your first paid term only — it's a genuine try-it guarantee, not a rolling monthly reset.
To use either one, email support@holycode.cloud. There is no form and no retention script.
Cancelling
Self-serve, no email required, no "talk to us first" step. Use the Stripe billing portal link from your receipt to cancel at any time. What happens then:
- You keep your workstation until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling doesn't cut you off mid-month.
- Then you get a 7-day export window. Ask and we'll deliver an archive of your workspace; you can also just push everything to your own git remote, which is the faster route.
- After that window we delete the machine and its volume. Residual copies inside our providers' systems — snapshots, logs — purge on their normal rolling cycle, up to 30 days. We don't claim instant erasure of every copy everywhere, because that would be a lie.
Deletion is not reversible. Export before the window closes.
Changing plans
Email support and we'll resize the machine by hand, then adjust your Stripe subscription. Two constraints worth knowing up front: disk can grow but not shrink, and a resize means a short restart of your box — see the restart note in Security basics for what that ends.
If a payment fails
Stripe retries on its normal schedule and emails you. Your workstation isn't destroyed the moment a card bounces — we'd rather hear from you. If a subscription lapses entirely, the cancellation path above applies, export window included.
